Box Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm (including the Noon Hour) as
well as one hour before all ticketed performances. Our doors open for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance. We are closed over the summer and during the Christmas Break.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash. Take advantage of our convenient Charge-by-Phone service or order your tickets online. Tickets may be picked up during the hours listed above. Or we can arrange for tickets to be mailed -- a $2.00 mailing fee will be added to your order. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Identification is required to pick up prepaid tickets. If someone else will be picking up your prepaid tickets, please notify the Box Office and a note will be added to your client file as to who has permission to do so. They need identification to pick up your tickets.
We recommend that you pick up prepaid tickets no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance to avoid a line-up. After you pick up your tickets, proceed to the upper level and enjoy a beverage from our bar & concession.
Lower Mobility and Wheelchair Seating Arrangements
- Vic Juba Community Theatre is fully wheelchair
accessible with a ramp available
at the Lower Door and an elevator in the College's main hallway to access the second floor for the Upper Doors.
- Wheelchair seating at the Vic Juba Community Theatre
requires a ticket and is priced according to each performance. Please be
sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling to
purchase tickets.
- Wheelchair patrons and their guests have the opportunity to
purchase seating at regular prices for an event and occupy seats
together. Please contact the Box Office for locations.
- Since wheelchair spaces are limited, additional group members
are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron but we will make
an effort to accommodate groups according to availability. The first row is also reserved for individuals with lower mobility or who are visually impaired.
- Handicap parking is located near the building or
wheelchair patrons may be dropped off at the main College doors or at the Theatre/Gym entrance.
