Our regular Box Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. but we are also open one hour prior to each ticketed performance. (The Box Office is closed during the summer and Christmas break.)
We recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the performance start time if you have to pick up tickets. (If you have your tickets already, please arrive 15 minutes prior to performance start time.)
Remember to bring ID to pick up your tickets at the Box Office.
If someone else is using your tickets, you must advise the Box Office in advance so that we may record it in your client file. We will not release tickets to someone else if we have not been notified -- they must have ID to pick up your tickets.
Our Coat Check is run by our wonderful volunteers. We are a non-profit organization. Donations are welcome for coat check services.
Bar & Concession
Our Bar & Concession is located in the Upper Lobby. Beverages may be pre-ordered for the intermission --- and then you do not have to spend any time in a line-up during intermission. Our bar service includes wine, beer, bottled water, and soft drinks. Food is not permitted in the Audience Chamber.
An elevator to the second floor is located halfway down the main hallway at Lakeland College.
We endeavour to minimize the inconvenience to our patrons and the artists on stage when seating latecomers. If you arrive late for a performance, you will be seated at the first appropriate moment in open seats at the back. You are welcome to move to your assigned seat at intermission. If you must leave the theatre during a performance, please select an appropriate time (between songs) to minimize the disruption to those seated around you.
Please turn off your cellphone and any other light-emitting or sound-emitting digital devices that might disrupt the performance or disturb those seated around you.
Video or cameras and all other recording devices may not permitted -- depending upon the artist's request. Please check with one of our volunteer ushers before using these devices.
Many artists have merchandise for sale prior to the performance, during intermission and following the performance. Our merchandise area is located in the Upper Lobby. There is an ATM located in our Upper Lobby and in the College Cafeteria.
Not every event has a program handout. Please check with our volunteer ushers at the door for a copy of an event program.
Wheelchair Seating ArrangementsWheelchair seating at the Vic Juba Community Theatre requires a ticket and is priced according to each performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling to purchase tickets.
Wheelchair patrons and their guests have the opportunity to purchase seating at regular prices for an event and occupy seats together. Please contact the Box Office for locations.
Since wheelchair spaces are limited, additional group members are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron but we will make an effort to accommodate groups according to availability.
Vic Juba Community Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible with a ramp available at the Lower Door and an elevator in the College's main hallway to access the second floor for the Upper Doors.
Handicap parking is located near the building or wheelchair patrons may be dropped off at the main College doors or at the Theatre/Gym entrance.
Vic Juba Community Theatre does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available. Please see the Front of House Supervisor to make arrangements to use an assisted listening device.
Please be considerate of patrons who have allergies to perfumes or colognes.
