Vic Juba Community Theatre is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with up to 12 positions. Our board provides strategic leadership and oversight, helping ensure the theatre remains well governed, financially responsible, sustainable and equipped to serve our community for years to come.
Board members bring a variety of experiences, perspectives and connections to the table. Together, they support the theatre’s work through three governance committees:
- Governance
- Resource Management
- Infrastructure
The board typically meets 11 times each year, while committees generally meet quarterly.
