Great guitar tunes. Outstanding local talent.
Enjoy an evening of live music with The Guitars, a talented ensemble of Lloydminster-area musicians bringing together decades of experience and a shared passion for great music.
Featuring guitarists Trent Bloch-Hansen, Stephen Davis, Bill MacArthur and Murray McDonnell, alongside drummer Teague Smith, bassist Evan Davis and guest vocalists, the group explores a diverse mix of blues, rock, jazz, funk, and more. With distinctive guitar sounds, engaging rhythms and expressive vocals, The Guitars celebrates the versatility of live music and the talent of our local musicians.
This fundraising event will help expand the theatre’s inventory of headset microphones, an essential resource for delivering high-quality live performances. Local arts organizations, schools, and touring musicians rely on this equipment when they take the stage at Vic Juba Community Theatre. By investing in additional headset microphones, we can better support the diverse needs of performers, ensure more productions have access to the equipment they require when they rent the theatre, and strengthen the theatre’s ability to welcome outstanding performances and cultural experiences to our community. Every contribution helps equip the stage, empower performers, and enrich the live arts experience for audiences across our region.
